Describe the project and the studio replies on the next business day with a written scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date. Nothing is opened, modelled or billed until you have agreed all three.
Briefs received from residential architects, spec developers and custom-home builders. Two revision rounds are written into every fee.

Write with drawing sets, survey notes or reference images. Replies by the next business day.
Visits are by appointment, so the right person is at the desk when you arrive.
Closed Saturday and Sunday. Messages sent at the weekend are read on Monday.

What if I only have PDF drawings, not a model?
Write to us anyway. Plans and elevations as PDF can be modelled, but the scope and fee are quoted separately from a model-based package, and we will say so in writing before you reserve a date.
When does the delivery clock start?
On receipt of the complete file set after the deposit. A standard exterior set is delivered in 7 business days, interiors in 9, tours in 8 and flythroughs in 15.
What does a third revision round cost?
Two rounds are included in every fee. A third round is $180 on a single view and $420 on an animation.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment on a weekday between 9:30am and 4:30pm at 331 Hewlett Ave, Merrick. Call (516) 659-7555 to set a time.
Which file formats do you read?
Revit (.rvt), AutoCAD (.dwg) and SketchUp (.skp) directly, with PDFs of elevations and plans alongside for dimension checks.
